Appearance:
Marion's dark brunette hair falls in loose waves when left to its natural devices, with occasional streaks of caramel and chestnut peeking out when in the sunlight. Her eyes, passed down from her paternal grandmother, change between pale blue or grey depending on the light, but are generally accepted as a sage green. A light dusting of freckles cover her nose and relatively round cheeks, in minor contrast to her fair complexion. Her body is of medium build, with a slight pear-shape, but she stands unusually tall at 5'10". While Marion does not really have a specific "style", she typically dresses in neutral, earthy colors (browns, blues, greens), but when feeling a little more spunky than usual she will add a pop of color to her outfits. Clothing and accessories are of little consequence in Marion's eyes, but a deep love of shoes more than make up for her uncaring attitude toward fashion. She isn't extraordinarily pretty, but slightly above average.

Personality:
Marion's friendly, happy exterior hides a deep and abiding fear of rejection. She often makes jokes at her own expense, which subtly reveals her lack of confidence and self-esteem. Just like any other person, she gets angry and sad, but instead of voicing these feelings she tends to bottle them up until she cannot take anymore, and has on more than one occasion taken her frustrations out on her own body. For the most part Marion is a pretty normal girl, rather unremarkable until you get to know her well. She has a quick, sarcastic wit, and tries to look for the best in people even if they don't deserve it. Each of her friends hold a special place in Marion's heart, even if they don't know it. Extremely passionate and emotional, she falls in and out of love quickly and often. Sometimes her little idiosyncrasies and nuances become obnoxious, which is especially true when she is given large amounts of sugar or caffine.

History:
Robyn Johnson met Adrian Gage while attending UW Lacrosse in Wisconsin. The 20 year old and 22 year old, respectively, instantly fell in love. After graduation, they bought a tiny house on Cunningham Street. Shortly after the two decided to get married, Robyn soon found that she was pregnant with a baby girl and the pair moved up the wedding.

Marion Gage was born on June sixteenth, 1992, at Gunderson Lutheran Medical Center. Robyn had worked there as a receptionist since graduation, trying to save up money for her new family. A month before their daughter's first birthday, Robyn came home to Adrian and divorce papers. She decided to keep Adrian's last name in order to have the same last name as her daughter.

Adrian remarried in 1996, and his new wife got along surprisingly well with his young daughter. In 1999 Elizabeth Irene was born, the child of Adrian and Carrie Gage. The sisters get along for the most part (they are sisters, after all), but Marion likes to tease her baby sister and Liz has a short temper. Robyn lives in the same city as Crystal High, but Adrian and Carrie still live in LaCross. Marion visits over winter and summer break.
